"WONDERFUL" we arrived at the hotel on the 5th and left on the 7th. This was a fantastic hotel in every sense of the word: lovely room, excellent food and drink, friendly staff (Laura in reception, Pilar the waitress, Jasmin, Dani and Leti on the entertainment team). We went to the Beach Club which was amazing. We had a fantastic time. We would definitely visit this hotel again and go for more day next time.

"HOLIDAY PALACE SPA" I'm a regular visitor to the Holiday Palace's spa and I have to say that it's fantastic but above all, the girl at the entrance desk is incredibly welcoming. I think her name is Carmen. She's lovely. I hope to be back soon and that she's there, or at least somebody as friendly as her.

"AN EXCELLENT CHOICE..." This is the first time that I've written a review about a hotel, but as a regular user of this website, I would like to tell you about my experience (from the 28th of August up to yesterday) at this hotel in Benalmadena.
I have to confess that I had a few fears when I booked because I'd read things other people had written, saying there were queues to eat, order drinks at the pool bar (and that the food there quickly ran out), that the pool water was dirty and the rooms were old, that you have to pay for almost everything...
I've spent the last 6 days wondering if I'm in the same hotel as the people who had written all of that, or if I'd read their reviews wrong.
The hotel is extremely clean and our room is cleaned every day, the food is excellent, and I think the longest I've had to wait for a drink was three minutes. The pool's water is crystal-clear and at the perfect temperature. My 2 and a half year old son had a great time. The pool has a sloped floor so he could go in as far as he liked.
There was entertainment for adults and kids practically. Everything was well-organised. Receptionists were always smiling and helpful, and the two requests we made were fulfilled with absolutely no problem at all.
There was hot food at the pool bar from almost morning until dinner, and yes, the plates and cups are plastic. I thought this was a sensible idea as you're at a swimming pool with lots of kids (and adults) walking around barefoot. I don't think anyone wants to cut their feet on broken glass.
If I have one complaint about my stay at the hotel, it's that our room was a bit noisy due to the Polynseia's show (it's next door and I think it got too loud one night), but when I said this to reception they moved us to a different room the next day where you couldn't hear anything.
I must seem like I'm getting paid commission for this, but it doesn't seem fair to say certain things when they aren't true. For me, it was a great choice to pick this hotel, although I almost didn't after reading a few reviews.
For people with kids: you have to visit!!
